Psilocybe cubensis spore syringe – Mazatapec strain


Psilocybe cubensis Mazatapec originally comes from Mexico, is easy to cultivate and produces pins easily, which grow out to medium sized magic mushrooms.

These magic mushrooms have a rubber like texture and typical shaped caps. Normally Psilocybe cubensis magic mushrooms sporulate well when the caps are totally open. This is a bit different with the Psilocybe cubensis Mazatapec strain. The caps open in a late stage, but sporulation starts earlier.

This strain of Psilocybe cubensis can also produce so called ‘in-vitro’ magic mushrooms. This means that magic mushrooms can grow also in closed pots or bags.

Growth parameters:
Fruiting substrate: Grain, compost, pasteurised dung & straw, rice flour cakes
Spawn substrate: Grain
Colonisation temperature: 28-30°C
Cropping temperature: 23-26°C
